How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders within the peninsula take 24/48 hours to be delivered.

What is the transport company that will deliver the package to me?
We work with GLS both nationally and internationally. For very heavy orders the order will be delivered by XPO

Can I buy if I live outside the peninsula?
Yes, with the exception of the Canary Islands, shipments are not made to said autonomous community.

I need an invoice, how do I request it?
You can request it by indicating it in the order to be placed or you can request it by contacting us directly.

Do all items have VAT?
Yes, all our items already include VAT (21%).

What if one of the requested items is out of stock?
One of our advisors will contact you by email or telephone.

What happens if the shipping company breaks or loses my order?
In case of loss you must contact our team, either by phone or via email. In the case of breakage, you must notify us within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the shipment, providing images of the broken material along with the shipping label.
